Muscular skeletal expert Gary Ward used the plate to help diagnose the possible cause of a long term back problem.

Muscular skeletal expert Gary Ward from Anatomy in Motion used the Footwork Pro plate to help diagnose the cause of long term back pain in bodybuilder ‘Ray’ . After identifying that Ray was putting minimal pressure through his left front foot he gave him some exercises to help release muscles and re-align his body. After just one session, Ray was visibly walking better and pain free.
